Coming Q3 2026
Dispatching
For agencies and companies with rotating shifts. Assign any worker to any workplace or position for a defined window. Calendar view and Free Pool for planning.
Shift schedule & trade requests
Workers see their whole week at a glance with statuses and rotation details. Need to swap a shift? Send a trade request. The other worker accepts or declines, the manager approves — the app handles the logistics.
Feed
Company-wide announcements, photos and reactions. Critical posts pop up as a blocking modal so nobody misses a safety update or policy change.
Coming Q4 2026
Accommodation management
For companies that provide housing. Workers see their building, room and keys. They can request a room change, report problems, or confirm that they live in their own place. Admins approve changes, track issues and set rules.
Coming Q1 2027
Points system
Configure how many points workers earn for which actions — clock in on time, finish the entire shift, volunteer for on-demand work, reach a monthly hours threshold, keep a perfect streak. Admins set the values; workers see a leaderboard.
Rewards catalog
Turn points into real rewards. Monthly top earners, weekly and monthly streaks — admins define a description and a financial value, workers redeem them from the catalog.
On the horizon
Shift market
Peer-to-peer shift swaps between coworkers — subject to admin approval. Post a shift you can't take, pick up one you want.
Accommodation market
Peer-to-peer room exchanges inside company housing — subject to admin approval.
